FILMING - Up to 45mins of filming on site (+15mins for setup)
DELIVERABLES:
1 x 45 Minute or less podcast episode ready to upload to YouTube & Podcast hosting platform. You will receive one audio file and one video file.
5 x Social media reels cut from podcast episode with captions added
1 x Photo taken with guest (if desired)
TURNAROUND TIME - Podcast episode and reels will be delivered together within 5 business days of filming.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Podcast setup on each major podcast platform & YouTube, including podcast tile/thumbnail for podcast platforms - $499
Podcast tile/thumbnail design for podcast platforms - $149
Posting to podcast host & YouTube per episode - $99

COPYRIGHT & LICENSING
Copyright of all content is exclusively retained by TJ’s Creative Studio DBA Music City Property Vids, the owner. The content licensing is valid until the property is sold or the listing agreement ends, whichever happens sooner. The agent or agency is acquiring the rights to use the images for promoting the property. The images are not permitted to be utilized for advertising another, similar property, nor can they be shared with any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, stagers, homeowners, builders, other agents, or any print or online publication without our written approval, unless it is for the direct promotion of this property. Once the licensing period ends, the owner (Us) retains the image copyrights, and they may not be reused or shared with any third party without permission.
